Yves Richez is a founder and an associate of SUCCESS Communication & Leadership and Executive of the Scientific Committee of ICFF (International Coach Federation France).

He holds an MA degree in Educational Sciences (the coaching Function). He was one on the participants in the CESA II Coaching 2007/2008 HEC (Haute Ecole de Commerce de Paris), with a presentation on team coaching. Author of numerous articles on coaching, potential, performance, he is the author of the book Louis du vieux continent (Louis From the Old Continent), and also of the book Petit éloge du héros (A Brief Praise For the Hero), which is to be released on November 11 in Romania.

What we notice and appreciate about him :

Yves makes us notice him by the numerous different aspects of the ordinary résumé of a man who is in the same time a professional coach and a scientist. Moreover, when 14 years old he was oriented towards a car mechanic school, because his intellectual level was considered not to be enough for him to attend university studies. Meanwhile, he is a practitioner with a seventeen-year experience in traditional martial arts (Kung-Fu). Along with the French producer Michel Fernandez, he wrote the script of a documentary trilogy on the hero (inspired from his book). His objective is to resume his PhD studies in 2010, in order to follow that sinuous path between the enterprise reality and the production on new knowledge. His apparently contrasting personality recommends him for a presentation concerning the means of cooperation between research – an activity which does not lack precision – and coaching, in order to develop performance.
