Kirsten Dierolf is the owner of SolutionsAcademy, a training and development company that operates globally with offices in Germany and Belgium. SolutionsAcademy partners mainly with global corporations on issues of strategy implementation through HR development. With their network of over 50 trainers worldwide, they run programs like performance management programs, leadership development programs, coaching and mentoring schemes, outplacement programs and organizational change programs.Kirsten started her work life as a coach 12 years ago and loves doing executive and business coaching. She also trains solution focused coaches, consultants and managers together with her partner Ingrid Reisch at http://www.wunderwunder.de and offers courses in English and German. Kirsten regularly speaks at international conferences on HR development (especially coaching), the interactional view of organizational psychology and solution focused management. She really loves interacting with her colleagues, learning and sharing with them. Kirsten is co-author of "The Solution Tango" and "Praxismagazin Solution Focus", member of the editorial team of "InterAction -- the journal for solution focus in organizations" and president of SFCT, the association for the quality development of solution focused consulting and training. Kirsten is a proud single mom of three beautiful sons and two tomcats.
