Besides the fact that he is the owner of Tryact HRD both in the Netherlands and in Romania, John Bax is an enthusiastic international consultant, trainer and coach in business and organizational development. His experience sums up about 19 years in this field and 28 as an entrepreneur.
In the training and coaching field, his development has passed through different stages: starting as coach and trainer for the goalkeepers of a junior soccer team, John Bax has interacted with many categories and domains until deciding to found his very own Language Training and Translation company, at the age of 21. In this context he has started his team / individual leader and coach experience for corporate clients.
He owns an extensive experience in boardroom coaching for organizational transition periods, as well as top management coaching for key roles and decision makers in organizations. Lately he became active as an international speaker on subjects like: "ROI from training and coaching", "21st century leadership and its dilemmas" and "change and transition management". Besides these, starting with this year he also began his training and coaching activity dedicated to interim managers, consultants, trainers and coaches in support of applying the System Theory in their profession.
